RATES
Rates quoted based on 4 persons. Each additional person $35.00 a night.
$185.00 a night (3 night minimum)
$1150.00 a week
$3200.00 a month
Above rates do not include the $200.00 refundable security deposit and $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
30 day cancellation policy. Holiday rates are $250 a night with a 5-night minimum (holidays include the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas).
